Passion Tree Chatswood- The food
Passion Tree Chatswood is an admired cafe located in the heart of Chatswood, serving an array of scrumptious, sweet delights, coffee and tea with the incorporation of traditional Asian dessert flavours and recipes with their own inventive twist. The menu items range from bingsoo, cakes, waffles, honey toast, puddings, a selection of teas and coffee and much more.

Upon arrival on a Thursday afternoon just after lunchtime the Foodies of Sydney team visited passion tree Chatswood, we instantly rejoiced at the broad, mouth-watering menu selection, which consequently resulted in some indecision. We ordered the mango cheesecake bingsoo to share among the team, we were handed a small buzzer and the food was ready within a few minutes.

Our thoughts on the Mango Cheesecake Bingsoo:
The mango cheesecake bingsoo was a combination of fluffy shaved ice flavoured with mango syrup, topped with bite-sized mango cheesecake pieces and fresh diced mango. The Foodies of Sydney team really enjoyed the Mango cheesecake bingsoo, not only was it refreshing but melted in your mouth at every bite. With a perfect balance of a dreamy mango tang. It is perfect for sweet tooths, or anyone on warm summer days where you long for a light, tropical thirst-quenching sweetness to share with great company.
Overall, The Foodies of Sydney Team, was very pleased with the elaborate bingsoo experience and would definitely come back to try more desserts.
